On 22 May 2026, students, families, friends, faculty members, and partners gathered at the Universitat Politècnica de València to celebrate the graduation of the Master’s Degree in Plant Breeding and the Erasmus Mundus emPLANT Master’s Program. 🌍

The event opened with inspiring words from:

🌱 Jaume Prohens, Director of the UPV Germplasm Bank;

🔬 Adrián Rodríguez, Director of COMAV;

🎓 Ana Mª Fita, Academic Director of the Plant Breeding Master’s and emPLANT Program.

The ceremony also featured talks from three graduates now working in plant breeding, who shared their professional journeys, experiences during the Master’s programme, and insights into building a career in the field:
